Accounting Infrastructure Design
Every business needs a clear picture of where the money is coming from and where it is being disbursed. We work closely with our clients to set up business accounts that will create unique revenue streams and specific cost allocations. Accounting Infrastructure Design is the cornerstone service on which a number of other Accountalyst services are structured.
Tracking by different revenue streams and costs will provide the information needed for you to make informed business decisions.
$500 setup fee;

We will process employee hours and

- calculate taxes
- print paychecks
- print W-2s at end of year
Unsigned paychecks, tax liability, and W-2s will be delivered to Accountalyst client for distribution, along with payroll report, by payroll period.
Note: We do not make payment of taxes to the US Treasury.
$10 per employee per week;
- We will correctly cost and allocate inventory for financial reporting
- Track inventory, whether finished goods, raw materials, parts, or combinations thereof
- Provide analysis on obsolete inventory if needed and best cost method
- To ensure the quality of this service, clients must have Accounting Infrastructure set up with Accountalyst to purchase Inventory Tracking service.
Prices vary depending on the inventory and reporting cycles.
Estimation of all business taxes, payroll, year-end filing. Taxes are submitted and paid by client.
- Will do client’s personal taxes if you are a current Accountalyst small business customer and your business is not a separate entity. To ensure the quality of this service, clients must have Accounting Infrastructure set up with Accountalyst to purchase Tax Services.
Accounts Payable Processing
Track payables and print checks
Tracking will ensure bills are not paid multiple times or to the wrong supplier, and that they are posted to the correct cost accounts. Unsigned checks and A/P report will be delivered to the Accountalyst client for payment to supplier by batch.
To ensure the quality of this service, clients must have Accounting Infrastructure set up with Accountalyst to purchase A/P service.
$1 per accounts payable invoice;
$10 minimum per batch,
Additional fees apply if communication with supplier is needed to clear up errors not created by Accountalyst.
Accounts Receivable Processing
Track receivables and print invoices
Tracking will ensure correct posting of revenues for different revenue streams. A/R report will be delivered to Accountalyst customer monthly.
To ensure the quality of this service, clients must have Accounting Infrastructure set up with Accountalyst to purchase A/R service.
$1 per receipt;
$10 minimum per batch;
Additional fees apply for collection calls
Business Plan Development
Will create annual business plan / budget and update quarterly forecast to include actuals.
Accountalyst client will receive initial plan and quarterly plans.
$500 minimum covers first 5 hours; Additional hours billed at $100 per hour.
Will work closely with Accountalyst client to assess and evaluate costs and suggest cost savings. Final report with analysis will be delivered to customer.

Cost Benefit Analysis
Will cost projects and provide analysis for profitability. Accountalyst client will receive a written report and costing spreadsheet. $1,000 minimum covers first 5 hours, Additional hours billed at $100 per hour.
Financial Statement Analysis
Will analyze financial statements for profitability and trends.
Accountalyst client will receive a written report.
$100 per hour.
